What we're looking for
People with real stories, practical insights, and hard-won lessons to share.
In a world of constant noise, frameworks that don't fit, consultants selling silver bullets, and hype that doesn't deliver, we need insights from people actually doing the work.
Do you have something worth sharing about creating great products and services? A challenge you solved? A lesson you learned? A practice that actually works?
Session formats
We're not just looking for talks. We value interactive learning:
45-minute sessions: Presentation + Q&A (30 min presentation, 15 min discussion)
90-minute workshops: Hands-on, interactive, practical learning
Discussions & activities: Facilitated conversations, games, collaborative exercises
Panel discussions: Multiple perspectives on a topic
We favour workshops, activities, and discussions over lectures. If you can make it interactive, even better.
