Session Types and Formats
We have several session formats you can choose from:
- Spotlight – 40 minutes – Shaping or ending the day with inspiring ideas
- Talk – 25 minutes – Ideal for sharing stories, tips, and tricks people can take back to their work
- Workshop – 50 minutes – Interactive content where the audience actively participates in learning activities
We're not only looking for talks and presentations—you could also run a workshop, facilitate a discussion, or play a game.
What makes a great submission?
The best submissions come from people who:
- Share real experiences - Tell us what actually happened, not just theory
- Provide practical takeaways - Give people something they can use immediately
- Think cross-functionally - Help people understand how your work connects to other disciplines
- Encourage participation - Interactive sessions are more engaging than passive presentations
- Are honest about challenges - Both successes and failures make for valuable learning
