What are we looking for?

Core themes:

  • Engineering, Cyber, AI & Data Science
  • Product & Strategy
  • Design & Research
  • Leadership & Building Teams
  • Delivery & Ways of Working

Specific topics could include:

  • How jobs, roles and teams are changing — and what that means for you
  • The human skills that matter more, not less, in an AI world
  • What development looks like when AI is in the loop
  • What good engineering looks like in an era of rapid change
  • AI strategy: what leaders actually need to decide
  • Building products when tools, timelines and expectations keep shifting
  • How do you design for people when everything keeps changing
  • Security, trust and risk in a world of autonomous systems
  • Data as a daily practice, not a specialist function
  • Sustaining culture and leading through transformation
  • Understanding customers when their expectations keep evolving
  • Experimenting, innovating and building through ambiguity
  • Real stories of navigating transformation — what worked, what didn't
  • Startup stories: how we imagined, built and scaled through uncertainty

This isn't exhaustive. If you're working on something interesting in digital product and service creation, we want to hear about it.

Session Types and Formats

We have several session formats you can choose from:

  • Spotlight – 40 minutes – Shaping or ending the day with inspiring ideas
  • Talk – 25 minutes – Ideal for sharing stories, tips, and tricks people can take back to their work
  • Workshop – 50 minutes – Interactive content where the audience actively participates in learning activities

We're not only looking for talks and presentations—you could also run a workshop, facilitate a discussion, or play a game.

What makes a great submission?

The best submissions come from people who:

  • Share real experiences - Tell us what actually happened, not just theory
  • Provide practical takeaways - Give people something they can use immediately
  • Think cross-functionally - Help people understand how your work connects to other disciplines
  • Encourage participation - Interactive sessions are more engaging than passive presentations
  • Are honest about challenges - Both successes and failures make for valuable learning
